  • Please allow up to 1–2 weeks for processing and delivery.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Loveyalty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Loveyalty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Loveyalty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
